PROBLEM :
After opening a CHM documentation file, a topic may not appear when you
click a link from the Table of Contents. Also, when you try to use a
Universal Naming Convention (UNC) path to open a .CHM file that exists
on a network shared folder, topics in the .chm file may not appear.

SOLVING :
Method 1
- Double-click the .chm file.
- In the Open File-Security Warning dialog box, click to clear the Always ask before opening this file check box.
- Click Open.
Method 2
- Right-click the CHM file, and then click Properties.
- Click Unblock.
- Double-click the .chm file to open the file.
